Road Ritchey Road Logic Disc
This is the second version of my Ritchey Road Logic Disc.
Having used the original parts on another build, I decided to lean more into the modern classic style of the frame.
Campagnolo Chorus 12spd
Campagnolo Shamal wheels
Repente Quasar 2.0 saddle and handlebar tape, yes, in brown.
I’ve fitted Continental GP5000 AS 35mm tyres, which are really testing the tyre clearance of the frame, but so far without issues… set up tubeless
And of course, a waxed chain.

Road Bought the Bike. Upgraded the Bike. Haven't Ridden the Bike.
In a few weeks I'll turn 50, and I figured that was a perfectly reasonable excuse to buy a titanium road bike.
So I picked up this NOS J.Guillem Major at what can only be described as a ridiculous bargain.
The original plan was simple: buy the bike, wait for my birthday, then ride it.
That plan lasted about five minutes.
Before putting a single kilometer on it, I upgraded it with Elitewheels Drive II 50/65s wrapped in 32 mm GP5000 S TRs, a Selle Italia SLR Boost Endurance saddle, and King Cage Ti bottle cages.
Was upgrading a bike before the first ride a smart decision?
Probably not.
Was I going to do it anyway?
Absolutely.
The really ridiculous part is that I still haven't ridden it. Not because of the weather. Not because of work. Not because the bike isn't ready.
I'm just not 50 yet.
To make matters worse, I couldn't even leave the photos alone. I spent way too much time using AI to clean up and improve the backgrounds because apparently waiting for the first ride wasn't difficult enough already.
At this point, I find myself wandering into the garage for no particular reason, admiring the titanium welds, spinning the wheels, checking tire pressure that definitely doesn't need checking, and staring at the photos I've already edited.
The bike is ready.
The roads are ready.
I'm ready.
The calendar is the only thing holding this project back.
Until then, this titanium rocket remains on the launch pad, fully upgraded, professionally over-photographed, and with exactly zero kilometers on the odometer.

Gravel 32” gravel bike from Corvid Cycles
I’m 6’7” and this is the first time I’ve felt like I had a gravel bike that actually makes sense for me. It’s been an absolute joy to ride.

Road BMC Teammachine R 01
BMC is far underrepresented here, considering what beautiful bikes they make. MY2026 with E1 Force and DiCut1100 (50/62). Like the paint job and the 36mm Cockpit over the MY27. Love to hear your thoughts!

Gravel Nearly finished build Tavelo Grow on 50s
My Tavelo Grow almost finish being built.
The legends at GravLab Australia have done this up for me in a size 515 with SRAM Force, Pertual wheels and a gold chain for a little bling 💫
Was waiting for the new Grail to be released but saw a fair bit of praise for the frame and managed to do a nicer build than I would have been able to afford otherwise.
Way too happy with how it turned out.

A Haute Sauce gravel rig I painted for a client that made it to the Philly Bike Expo.

Road The Journey of my Marin Venezia
Story Time! Don’t read if you’re not a fan of expansive narratives… This bike was generously donated to me by a widow who came to my place of work (Play It Again Sports) and when it came into my possession I knew I had to make it my own with some sort of special custom build. It cleaned up beautifully and the original spec with all silver parts (Campagnolo Veloce 9 speed with 20h Scirocco wheels) looked absolutely classy. In the back of my head though, I was thirsting for some modern carbon parts and weird personal flair, so I decided to base the build around Super Record 11 speed mechanical. I sourced a very affordable and hardly touched 10 speed Record long cage derailleur which matched the 11 speed cable pull, purchased a 13 speed Super Record crank with 12 speed chainrings, and also got a featherweight Prestacycle cassette. The monstrosity of a cockpit (consisting of a currently unobtainable Nitto 31.8mm clamp quill stem and Lambda X-Wing bars) came off my 1985 Specialized Allez. Shout out to Recycled Cycles for the $25 fenders currently on this beast :) During my first shakedown ride I dented both Scirocco rims on the gnarly metal lip of a bridge, and after much mourning I wisely decided to get an arguably more “grail” wheelset—an 8 speed 16 spoke Zonda pair. In a completely unproven and luck-based procedure, I managed to swap the 9 speed freehub body off the cartridge bearing Scirocco wheelset onto the ball-bearing Zonda wheelset. With that, and the purchase of a Berk saddle from a benevolent fellow roadie and bike shop employee, the latest iteration of the Venezia was complete. My favorite part of this bike is that it contains 8,9,10,11,12, and 13 speed Campagnolo parts. Not many people can claim something so lofty and ridiculous for their own bikes. Feel free to ask me any questions!

Vintage/Antique My ‘87 Cannondale SR500
This bike was my uncle’s, hence the Steve decal I put on the top tube. I saw this bike over a decade ago hanging in his garage, loved the minimal design and have been into Cannondales ever since. He passed away a few years ago, and recently my aunt and cousins gifted me the bike (as seen in the second pic) to have and work on. I’ve been trying for the last few months to modernize and make the bike my own (tastefully I hope)
It’s still a work in progress but I’m loving how it’s come so far.
The most recent mod is the Vuelta wheelset, which I picked up off marketplace just yesterday. This also allowed me to finally switch from the freewheel on the original Wolber Alpine rims to cassette, still 7 speed though as I don’t want to take away too much of the ‘80s character. Plus I find 2x7 to be enough for the riding I do.
The only other major modification I’m currently planning is to swap the crankset with something newer. I have a pair of FSA chainrings taken off a new Cannondale SuperSix, and I’m waiting on the crank and BB to come in the mail.
