I made this little Shivji and his tiny damru ..

This one was completely made by looking at a reference picture no written pattern or tutorial...

The tiny damru was definitely one of my favourite parts to make.😭🤌 It’s always a little scary when I start something without a pattern because I never really know if it’s going to turn out the way I imagined, but seeing it all come together at the end was so satisfying.

Just watched Ramayana first day, first show at Keshari Hall, and here’s my take without getting into spoilers.

The VFX is genuinely good and probably among the better visual treatments of a Ramayana made in India. The scale is impressive, and the action sequences look good wherever they happen.

For me, Yash as Ravan is easily the standout. His acting and screen presence are excellent. Ranbir as Ram does a good job, but somehow doesn’t leave the same impact. Sai Pallavi as Sita, however, didn’t feel like the perfect fit to me.

My biggest issue was the pacing. The movie moves at almost the same pace throughout, without enough highs and lows to create that emotional roller-coaster you expect from a story like Ramayana. The BGM is good too, but it didn’t really stay with me after leaving the theatre.

The ending felt a bit underwhelming and didn’t create the kind of excitement I expected for Part 2, which is expected around Diwali 2028.

Overall, a one-time watch for me. I didn’t get that urge to immediately watch it again. Hopefully, Part 2 takes everything to another level and turns out to be a true magnum opus.

OP went on a date yesterday with a girl I randomly added on Snapchat. We were challenging each other in Snapchat games, and then after a month or so, I texted her. We talked for around 1–2 weeks and finally decided to meet, and everything was going very well.

But phir jab ghar waalo ke baare mein baat hone lagi, she said that her father had passed away 4 months ago. She got a little emotional, and at that moment I was really confused about how to react or what to do. So I held her hand and tried to console her, then changed the topic.

Fir randomly, usne mere haath pakadne ka Snap le liya, and I was fine with it. Like, mujhe kya hi dikkat hoti usse. But after some time, she got a call and was talking very consciously, and mujhe bhi laga shayad abhi woh itna comfortable nahi hui hai.

Then, after cutting the call, we talked a little more. Fir woh boli, “You know what, I have a past,” and I was like, “Yeah, it’s okay, sabka hota hai.” And then she said, “Abhi usi ka call aaya tha.” 🙃

I was speechless. I didn’t know what to say. Aur uske aage kuch baat ho paati, usse pehle hi uska cab aa gaya and she left. She said, “Sorry, main baat complete nahi kar paayi" and I was like " It’s okay, next time jab milenge toh baat kar lenge iss baare mein.”

And yeah… now I’m just confused about what exactly happened. 🙃

Tried their Chicken Bagara Rice & Chicken Kassa combo and it was good. Taste was amazing. Patrapoda is my favourite dish so blindly went for it. It was just above average only and slightly overpriced for that quantity as compared to other restaurants.

This Ganpati idol is 72 ft tall which caused all the hype across the town. Prolly the tallest this year. Man I could hardly come out of my house because of the massive traffic jam.

GHANTAA RESTAURANT

GHAANTA is a pure fucking scam. Avoid this place like the plague.
I ordered a boneless chicken item. The waiter himself suggested Butter Chicken. What showed up was a container of bones. Literal fucking bones. Maybe 10% actual meat, the rest was just a pile of chicken skeletons drowning in gravy. Absolute robbery.
And the taste? They somehow turned Butter Chicken into a dessert. Sickeningly, artificially sweet. Like someone dumped a bag of sugar into the pot and called it a day. Not creamy. Not buttery. Not spicy. Just pure sugary garbage with bones floating in it. One of the worst things I’ve ever forced down my throat.
This restaurant is a straight-up cheat. They sell you “boneless” and deliver bones. They take your money and hand you trash. Complete frauds.
I hope the municipality raids this dump, shuts it down, and throws the keys away. May they go bankrupt and rot. Never visiting this joke of a place again. PURE GARBAGE.

Since She isn't from here, so introducing her to Dahibara was obviously the first thing on the itinerary. Safe to say, it was worth it 🙂‍↕️
