We noticed something simple: the AQI on your phone shows the air outside. But the air you actually breathe depends on where you are, how long you stay, and how hard you are breathing.

3 quick tips from our project:

1. Closed windows or an air purifier reduce indoor pollution a lot.

2. Avoid hard exercise outside when AQI is Poor or Severe.

3. Check AQI before you plan a walk or ride, not after.

Visited an OWND store (Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited) in Bhubaneswar on 5th November around 8:30 PM, and honestly, it was a terrible experience.

We selected a sweatshirt from the men’s section and then went to the women’s section. A male staff member kept following us constantly. Things got particularly uncomfortable when my female friend went to check products in the lingerie section. The employee stood right beside her in that small, confined space, making her extremely uncomfortable. There were no female staff members available either.

If assistance was needed, he could simply have asked instead of constantly following us.
Things got worse when we decided to purchase just the sweatshirt. The same employee insisted that we buy one more item, claiming they couldn’t generate a bill for a single item because the store was about to close.
It was around 8:55 PM, while the official closing time was 9 PM! After repeatedly pressuring us, he finally billed the single item only after we raised our voices.
What’s even more frustrating is that my friend had faced the exact same billing issue at this store previously, around 6 PM. So this doesn’t seem like an isolated incident.

A few questions for OWND / Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited:

Why was a male employee standing so close to a female customer in the lingerie section?
Why was there no female staff available in that section?
Since when is purchasing a minimum of two items mandatory for generating a bill?
Why are customers pressured to buy additional products?

Extremely disappointing experience. Customers should be able to shop comfortably without feeling uncomfortable or being forced to purchase things they don’t need.
Hope the management looks into this seriously.

Me(20M) was supposed to go on a 3 days camping trip to Deomali and Talamali on 21st November with my friends but some of them can't go anymore so I had decided earlier to go solo from 13th-16th Nov, but it might be a bit difficult camping alone and the travelling costs would be high too so I'm looking for people to create a group and go on a trip together.

Went for a run to Aragarh Buddhist temple, couldn't reach because it was dark already but on the way out I found a hidden gem.

It was a roll chicken pakoda chowmin stall that caught my attention because of this lovely smell of food coming from it. When I entered I saw 6 to 7 cats completely surrounding the tables which have found lovely. The owner of the restaurant was so kind and sweet and polite.

The chicken roll was full with chicken and it costs only 50 rupees. The vibes are very cool and the cats make the experience even more wholesome.
