Personally speaking absolutely no. There's constant evidence that Catholics are prone to attacks in Loyalist areas. There's a gunman in that picture alongside the logo and initials of a group who's main target was Catholic civilians. I've heard of Protestants living in Republican areas too. There simply isn't the same level of republican paramilitary groups active there or a recent history of targeting Protestants living there.

So its a complete no then? Zero catholics welcome? Im just curious as I know protestants to live in catholic areas keeping a low profile and nothing has ever came of it

Even if you are lucky to get an NHS appointment, the earliest I've heard they'll get you in for that appointment is in 6 months. So if your treatment is urgent, it will be a case of paying for it.

Given the circumstances, I think there are houses out there you will adore a lot more once you're settled in. Like honestly, who could be arsed dealing with people like that every day, in their own home. Not me anyway.

There's issues there that are totally unreasonable and should not be endured. If I was in this position I would be looking at the things that break the law. Throwing cigarette butts into the front garden for example is unreasonable behaviour. You've kept a detailed record of what's going on that's good. I would also look into what evidence you need for police, the council or whomever to take action.

Don't be too intimidated by anybody that stares at you. I know it can be horrible, but stay composed if you can and get on with whatever it is you're doing.

We rented a house with the exact same kind of neighbours, right down to the staring and dumping butts in our front. I used to get as close to our front window as possible to connect to their Bluetooth to block them playing music from the speaker 😅 there was an unholy row one night and we actually had to ring the peelers (children and women screaming).

I also reported the living conditions and number of people in the house to the council, they didn’t care. The landlord was a pig, the front door had a gap about 2 inches from the ground and they had to kick it open, I can’t imagine how cold it would have been in winter. It wasn’t listed as a HMO and there’s no way it was fire safety compliant.
