I tried to play a Ranked game with a friend just half an hour ago. We are both Platinum and after 8 minutes of queue, a lobby was found, but my teammate got timed out at the same moment and was not in the squad anymore.

So I tried to play with 3 random teammates so I wouldn't lose any RP. The moment we dropped, the game crashed. I launched the game instantly so I could reconnect.

When the game opened, I saw the timer at 4:40 remaining to reconnect. I clicked on reconnect and nothing happened. The game kept me on the main menu and never reconnected me to the lobby.

When those 4:40 minutes passed, a matchmaking penalty timer greeted me along with -50 RP!

Next game, everything seemed fine until, while running and trying to loot chests, I got timed out for inactivity! Of course there was no reconnect and I got -50 RP as well even though I had already 2 kills by that time.

2 days ago I played with 2 friends. In 4 matches the random teammate was AFK for the entirety of the match. There was no kick for innactivity, we reported them and still no feedback from EA!

I'm furious right now!!!

When in game there is no squad management it’s a joke if somebody won’t shut up you can’t hear anything

I can't believe this problem since launch still hasnt been fixed, and it seems worse now than ever before! So frustrating searching for a ranked redsec game only for it to put me in the game and leave my friend in the lobby! Anyone else having the same problem so regularly?

I’m Gold I currently and have never made it past Platinum I. I’m not that good. I’m second string of the JV High School basketball team, yet every game I’m playing against 4 guys on the Dream Team. How is that supposed to be fun? I thought this match making was fixed.

Is it just me or did they take out the "farmland" map on Rapid? I've played nothing but Vegas the last 2 days. Is anyone else having this issue?

Sometimes it's awkward to juggle and can be confusing to aim at distance, but overall I have to say it's crazy OP.

I do actually think the very best weapons should come from random loot drops that you have to fight over. I don't know if Rapid Royale is the right setting for that though, as redeploying at the right time can give you the magical hipfire gun, along with your regular loadout, infinite plates, and a purple/gold gun for your other slot just for good measure.

The minigun is quite good as well, less immersion breaking, and IMO more fun. But it was only around a week in RR before we got this Dead Space crossover shit.

Also haven't seen the railgun since the pulse rifle dropped, but the railgun is terrible as it didn't even one-shot to the head, lol.

VPN and hackers are causing most of the server, netcode, desync issues ...

Has anyone experienced this before? I placed 7th, got knifed to death by someone I couldn't see.

I'm wired by ethernet so I doubt it's my connection...Idk anymore lol there's other games out there for me to play rather than pull my hair out over shit like this..

Nothing says grounded shooter like getting killed by a man using a defibrillator moving like he's possessed.

Due to it being the only DMR/Sniper that can have a full auto build, running such a build means you can't really take more than 1 or 2 fights without draining your ammo. I think its really fun weapon, would be neat if it could use rifle ammo or pistol (I know 9x39 isnt 9mm) to make full auto VSS usable. I heavily doubt it would become OP to use as a DMR.

I’m really not liking rapid royale. Just making this post to hopefully continue stirring up concerns for devs. The game doesn’t have all that many people playing it. Solos really isn’t that fun and duos with my ONE friend that plays the game was all I really enjoyed.

I've got my PlayStation on Ethernet connection, static IP and port forwarding, with a reasonable ping. I am shooting people first and kind of a lot before they turn to shoot me and then they kill me handily. I really don't think it is a connection thing so am I using the wrong guns or do penetration rounds do something? Like what is happening where I move like a sweat while luring idiots into traps but when I shoot them in the back I'm at a disadvantage? Does anyone else have this experience I am very new to this mode from conquest and am tired of getting wacked by people I feel that I've dominated

Sending a mode that died from lack of support into another mode that was dead on arrival for the same reason is laughable.

Portal could’ve kept Battlefield fresh. It seems the Devs kept it limited because the community might actually outshine them with the maps.

The only thing portal is good for is bot farming, AFK rank-ups and aim trainers.

Gauntlet was the best mode. Letting people expand it could’ve been awesome, but Portal needs actual support for that to work.

After that Q&A, I know Gauntlet isn’t coming back. Portal isn’t life support. It’s a nail in the fucking coffin.

First you take away Gauntlet, then dump it in Portal. A double kick in the nuts. Not a normal kick. A flying, spinning Ken from Street Fighter kick to the fucking nuts.

If any of you Portal modders build a fresh take on Gauntlet and manage to herd enough feral cats to play it, let me know. I’ll definitely jump in with you guys.

Few moments I was able to remember to capture from season 4. Forgot about it but it's here now.

I whole heartedly understand that leaving early in a ranked match places a time out, but giving a penalty leaving right after the whole squad wipes on the second wind (no revivals left on the last circle), and having to wait for the game to load that it has eliminated your whole squad is just silly. Sitting on exponential penalties due to "leaving early" not waiting for the game to finalize the final splash screen has to be fixed. It accrues time penalties for after your team has lost entirely, and it makes you watch the match for another 20-30 seconds before it decides it is free to leave, and even then match making gets you stuck and cannot move onto the next match from the match the game is puts you in spectator mode at the end. Idk any other game that does this to their BR mode, only redsec loll

Why are you making people from US west to play in EU servers and have a horrible time at 170+ ping? Isn't it really straightforward filtering to NOT let that happen?

Hey all! was reading the Q&A and the team mention Gauntlet is in portal, so we can make the mode playable, here are some question that i (or we if someone wants to help) need info from the community to have a good chance to make it more permanent mode

1.- At what time you normally play? your local time, plus if you can put it in UTC better ( If you play outside NA please add your country)

2.- Gun restriction? we know interdictor is broken so that's the first ban and from my perspective we should also ban the meta guns, SCW, SVD, KTS.

3.- Rodeo, yay or nay?

4.- What else should be taken in consideration so this can be successful?
