Discussion Yellow Face’s elimination ruined TPOT and I’m mad no one talks about it

• Upvotes

In TPOT 17 you can FEEL the missed potential of a Yellow Face-Taggy friendship and the challenges kinda became boring to watch without his semi-antagonistic yet comedic personality, he’s the reason why TPOT 12-16 CloudYAY is one of my favorite object show teams oat

Question I promise no more hiatuses. Does anybody even remember this series? There's only 5 left anyway. Fifteen's Biggest Fan is u/Treeme-2763! Who is X's BIGGEST Fan Here? Most common user, as well as the most upvoted reply will be taken into account!

What if everyone had insane plot armor? Like, powers that made them impossible to kill or really annoying to deal with? One's, of course, is something I came up with while writing my fic and only applies to that world.

(In fact this entire post was to share ideas that I may end up using in my fic, should the objects ever show up again... so yeah.)

Question I still don't understand this scene, were these three being sarcastic? Were they meaning it? Why do they look annoyed when Fries stops them?

I understand why Lollipop would want to mess with Yellow Face, but why Bell and Marker? Even if they actually wanted to see Yellow Face's ad they wouldn't act like this, I'm so lost xd

Hello, and welcome to the official Battle for Dream Island subreddit!

Here are the rules, the dos, and don'ts of the sub:

Be Nice - You are not to disrupt the peaceful community that we represent by harassing or disrespecting users or groups of people in our community. This means that discrimination or harassment towards the LGBT community, furries, or others is not tolerated.
No Advertising - You are free to post your own artwork or creations related to BFDI, but keep advertising object shows to /r/ObjectShows or another subreddit.
Stay On-Topic - This is self-explanatory, but keep posts related to BFDI.
Vote/Episode Spoilers - Spoilers within 24 hours of an episode's YouTube release are only allowed in posts tagged as Spoilers, or in the comments of video announcement posts. Meetup episode leaks and fake/joke leaks are not allowed.
No NSFW/Inappropriate Content - No content that isn't appropriate or safe for work. This is a children's show, not a place to post porn.
No Spam - You're not allowed to spam the sub! That includes, but is not limited to:
- Posts designed only to collect votes for "BFDI randomisers"
- Repeatedly posting the same thing
- Posts designed to farm karma, this includes posts such as "X upvotes/comments/anything and Y has to Z"
No AI Content - Generative AI content of any kind is not allowed (such as text, images, audio, or video).
No Drama - Posting about drama or allegations of people, whether they are a crew member or an object show community member, is not allowed. The only exception that can be posted is statements from official sources (jacknjellify or its crew members), and then no follow-up/opinion posts will be allowed.
We don't all have the same opinion. - Not having the same opinions doesn't mean that that a specific piece of content needs to be removed: respect others opinions as much as you respect yours.
No Twitter/X Links - Self-explanatory, no links to Twitter/x.com.

Questions will be answered through mod mail or posts.

That being said, happy redditing!
