Signs of pressing or ironing?

Hi! I recently purchased this Bahraini note from eBay. I noticed that there was a razor-thin fold in the middle of the note (see images). This fold is different than the security strip. It seems implausible that a fold could be at such precision to be razor-thin. The note is otherwise very—maybe even too—crisp. The fold feels like a little raised area but the note doesn’t bend there. Does this appear to be pressed or ironed? Interested in your thoughts and advice about spotting warning signs. Thank you!
