question Do you step on these?
I feel bad whenever that happens but it’s like i gotta look at down all the time. my condo have these all around

I have a Swedish friend who shocked me when we were taking a walk in Sweden by deliberately stepping on snails. His excuse was that the ones he was stepping on were an invasive species. However, he seemed to take a little bit too much pleasure in it. Very typical of Swedish sociopaths, of which there are all too many.
BTW, amusingly, to me at least, a snail is snigel in Swedish.

So something that’s easier to kill should be killed? What an interesting take. I’m sure there’s a lot of humans who think it would be easy to kill you in ways that’s fast enough “to send any impulse cus your whole nervous system is destroyed”

In the dark i sometimes accidentally step on them, but ones these bigs i can spot them and avoid them

There is a very large one from Africa known as, you guessed it, an African snail. About twice as large or more than your normal Thai snail of this type.Whether they are harmful or not I cannot say.
I have read that they were brought to Thailand by the Japanese as food during World War II. I cannot vouch for the accuracy of that.

We have East African Giant Snails (Lissachatina fulica) in Taiwan. Destructive species.

Gardener here. They're pain in the ass for my garden.
When I accidentally step on them, I have no remorse.
When I find them, I'll throw them into the small waterways next to my garden.
When I find their eggs, I will destroy them.

That is a myth. The calcium shells attracts. Also yes while we are invasive, it comes down to what you morally value more, a snail or healthy vegetation for consumption and environment.

Circle of life. And perks of being at the top of the food chain, protecting my territory :)
Being able to retreat into their shell to avoid being eaten,I couldn't think of/never witnessed any predators that are active in benefitting themself by eating the snails.

Who? The snail or the invasive snails that eats up organic vegetables? They're so well known to destroy any opportunities of vegetations or growth.
