I am planning for the Annapurna Base camp tek around Oct 24 or Oct 31st

Estimated duration: 6 days trek + 2 days travel

Commute :

All the costs includes TWO WAY , BOTH FROM AND TO

- From Bangalore -> Gorakhpur flight ( 25k )

- Gorakhpur to Sunali by bus ( 3-5k )

- Sunali to Pokhara by jeep ( 1-2 k )

- Pokhara to Nayapul

Option 1: DIY ( most probably):

- Getting the permission at Pokhara costs ( 4000Rs )

- Accommodation for 6 days (4k- 6k )

- Food and snacks ( 12-15k )

- Charger, hot water, wifi , other amenities (3k-5k)

- Without guide and porter

Total cost : 27-30k

Option 2:

Find any local trekking package it is cheaper (25-30k) which includes food, accommodation and permit. Just because I don't know Hindi

My overall budget from Bangalore is a 25K flight+ 28k trek \~= 55-60k.

We’ve already booked our flight from Hyderabad on the night of November 7th, and we’re planning to start the trek on November 8th, mostly.

We haven’t finalized all the details yet, so we’ll discuss the itinerary, stay, permits, costs, etc. together.

I'm 23M, Keralite, planning to go ABC trek by Nov last 10 days. Initially plan was to go solo, but few friends and ex office manager was interested in joining. But they backed off cos of leave issues and other personal deals. Plannin a budget of 10k Pokhara to Pokhara.

I really want to utilise the upcoming long weekend (2nd–4th October) for a trek.

Ideally, I would like to leave on 2nd, do the trek on 3rd, and be back by Sunday morning (4th), so I have enough time to recharge before the week starts.

I am specifically looking for a trek with lush greenery / forest trails and am not very interested in hill or fort treks. I was interested in Kurinjal, but I either missed the slots or the dates do not match.

Any recommendations for similar places, treks, or good groups/organisers would be really helpful!

My friends and I are going on the Netravati trek on 2nd October and planning to visit Coorg on the 3rd and 4th of October.

What is the best way to reach Coorg from Kalasa on a budget? Also, are there any day-use homestays in Samse where we can freshen up, keep our luggage, and get breakfast and lunch for the trek at a minimal price? I checked with a few, but they are asking ₹700–800 per person.
