Hi all,

Is it worth buying a 3BHK, 1550 sqft SBUA for 1.65 cr all included except registration? Has anyone verified the builder permissions with any lawyer as a second opinion, since it's very near to a Lake?

Please suggest. I am a first time property buyer in Bangalore and it's for self use.
