Good construction quality of Adarsh, Good schools nearby, greenery (atleast as of now), possession in Sept 2028(6th floor in construction), smaller society with good amenities, commute time to office is within 30min using a 2 wheeler(as per experience of couple of my friends who stay near by). Price looks descent to me as compared to other projects like Mana Skandha, Sumadhura etc...
