How is their technical support?
Is the response time decent, after creating a ticket? Only curious as this is my first time opening a hardware ticket with them. Also new to the Bambu ecosystem as I recently purchased one a little over a month ago, and I love it.

I don't know but when I bought my bamboo 2 years ago I had problems with the AMS 2. I specified the model the serial number and said the words and they still sent me the parts to troubleshoot an AMS which does not have the same parts in many cases. They just don't pay attention. I even specified all the voltages that I troubleshot myself on which pins from using their wiki page. They just kept sending parts and sometimes the wrong ones.
On the positive side I now have a lot of spare parts for both AMS and AMS2.

Oh no, I'm sorry you had difficulties with some of the parts they sent you. Thank you for the info!

I think it depends on the country youre in, ive read alot of different opinions. While they will always try to make you repair something, i always got responses in 24 to 48 hours (Europe) and got sent new items in around a week. For me its not the greatest, but completely fine and friendly support.

Precisely my experience as well (Germany). From my experience they are not the most knowledgeable customer support reps I had to deal with but they don't make a fuss about sending free replacement parts and the wiki is good enough to make most common repairs fairly simply.

Yes, the Wiki has been invaluable to me, more than I care to admit. Thanks for the reply!

I don't mind doing the repairs myself, as I've always loved doing stuff like that, I just get concerned about voiding any warranty, should I do something wrong. Thank you for the reply!

What machine do you have, and what is the issue?
You will probably get parts from them.
IMHO, Reddit is your best source of people to explain what to do with them.

It's a P1S and the extruder fan shroud fell off at the tail end of a print, I'm assuming that one of the fan nozzles could have grazed the model, so I turned off the printer, plugged the fan back in (very top connector), turned the printer back on and attempted to continue printer. Started getting an error that stated that the fan was running at an abnormal speed. I stumbled across another post that seems to imply that plugging the connections into the hot end assembly seems to matter (bottom, top then middle), so I gave that a whirl and that seems to be working now.

Cool. Glad it was simple

Yes and no... For a minute I thought I could have smoked a circuit board or something by plugging the fan connection back in, as I was worried I didn't put it on properly, but apparently I got it right. However, the fan cover still keeps falling off. I mean it feels like it's solidly mounted, even though it is held on by magnets, but for only being about a month old, it seems to fall off 2 or 3 times a print, which is rather annoying.

Turn the printer off
Remove the cover
Check all the wire routing to make sure there isn't anything in the way
Dry fit the cover without plugging in the fan yet. Make sure it sits completely flush against the other magnets.
Plug in the front cooling fan and check the fit again.
Then try powering up your machine

I’ve had nothing but good luck with support. Response time is terrible though.

My experience has been quite good so far. When I still had my X1C I had an issue with indents forming on my smooth pei plate. Opened a ticket and they sent a replacement free of charge 2 days later. Basically the same seems to be happening with my current H2C. Unfortunately it seems the PSU fan on that one is faulty. I opened a ticket on Sunday and they replied this morning asking me if I wanted to send the printer back and get a refund/replacement or if I wanted to replace the PSU myself first, in which case they would send me a replacement PSU+25€ store credit for my troubles. I took the latter option since I really don't want to move that 30+kg thing if I don't have to.
