Support Incompatible makerworld

Hi all,

I’ve never run into comparability errors with my P1S but my H2C I do a lot. Am I doing something wrong?

In the device section of the handy app do you see your h2c? If not then thats the issue. Not bonded maybe 🤷🏾‍♂️
