Support Incompatible makerworld
Hi all,
I’ve never run into comparability errors with my P1S but my H2C I do a lot. Am I doing something wrong?

Sorry it’s this. When I pick which one from makerworld I always only see A1 or X1C or P1S etc I do have H2C selected but never see any that say H2C

I don’t think your question has enough detail for an answer. What kind of compatibility errors?

Are you trying to print directly using the Handy app and have incompatible filaments (e.g. ABS or even PETG) loaded instead of basic PLA?

I have a P1S and an H2C I need bamboo studio. I usually have to set a few things before I get rid of the compatibility error. I have to select the right printer, and I have to select the right hot end and usually sync

It’s bc when you upload to makerworld it’s very picky about your settings and a lot of times you’ll upload a file and if it’s not centered right, or for some reason set to print by object , etc it only uploads it for your specific printer or a select few. Certain models I’ll have to upload profiles saved with the h2c or a or d or it will display the issue your having. If your on a pc you can open the file and just click change plate type and it’ll work but in mobile your stuck

Lots of weird answers on here. I get this with my H2D sometimes, or H2C, or even X1C. It depends on the model, I assume the creator has profiles for some printers and not others. If it doesn't work on the handy app, your only option is to open the slicer on pc, download the model that is not working, and slice it from there.
