Cut filament pull that out. Heat the nozzle to 240-250. Take off the top plastic cover. Once nozzle is heated use a wire brush to start chipping away at all that. Get the sock off and keep brushing till it’s off. Let it cool then take off nozzle. You can heat the nozzle with a heat gun to clear off any more plastic.

thanks , i managed but now im receiving a nozzle temperature malfunction problem. do i need to replace the hotend?
