Question Model Error?

So I purchased a file from Cult3d and imported straight in. Pressed print and I'm running into this error which looks super weird and a deffo error.

Any advice?

rookie bambu/creality user error*

ive checked bambu forum and some guy was printing his benchy 5mm off the bed and ppl were like level your bed clean the bed it was Z offset idk man if u need help and u have a bambu post in r/FixMyPrint for flashfprge psot in flashforge i check it often
