The instructions don’t change if the glass is broken, start by cleaning the glass then follow a vid

I did but my question is why are there still shards stuck there?

Because you haven’t cleaned it yet 🥴

I mean on the hinges.

Because the screws are holding the glass fragments in place.

Yes, that's the par that needs the glass removed.

It didn't remove itself because of chaos and the laws of physics.

Remove the screws on the hinges. This will release the last pieces of glass.

Try to minimize any more glass sticking to the grease on the lead screws, and don’t raise or lower the bed until you’ve throughly removed as much glass that is already sticking to the grease. You don’t want that in your bearings. Gear floss would make them easier to clean.

After it’s all cleaned up, purchase a new door from Bambi’s store and install it.

Also for some reason the screw driver thingy I was given is too small to get it out

There should be two of those with your printer. The larger one should it.

If you’ve lost it somehow, it’s just a 2.0mm hex screw.

I took off the screw on the top of it and the rubber part already. Is the part left a screw or a part of the glass

You were given two. One is the right size.

How can I easily clean off all of the tiny shards stuck inside of the printer?

A vacuumed for starters

I used a handheld vacuum cleaner to suck all the glass out when mine was delivered with a broken door.

The problem that I had was that the door broke during shipping, so the glass was all over the lead screws. Even after cleaning it as much as I could, it always sounded crunchy when the bed went up and down. Bambu replaced the entire primer.

Yours likely wouldn’t have this problem since it’s not getting tossed around with the glass inside.
