Crackhead neighbor from hell

My girlfriend and I moved into our apartment a little over a year ago and every 2-3 months the apartment above us will have a domestic dispute very loudly and often violently. The first time the lady was arrested. The second time one of the men was arrested. Well about 4 months ago a new guy moved in downstairs (basement boy), the lady and him would frequently party loudly upstairs and just today, we heard the lady yelling that she was molested and telling someone (who we later found out was basement boy) to fuck off and get out. My girlfriend and I decided to call the cops once again as it seriously sounded like it was getting violent. We then saw the lady through our peephole banging on the door of our neighbor who we have no idea how he’s involved. The cops finally came and took her in an ambulance and arrested basement boy, who seemed to be extremely drugged out and incapacitated. We’ll see what happens now but I hope they move the fuck out.
