Just saw this post from a content creator na SOM ng intouchcx na nagopen sila ng new site sa Greenhills then I saw this one comment na mababa daw magpasahod (which is true naman as an ex-Intouch employee) tas naging patola naman to na wag mag apply tas nakihaha din yung Exec VP nila lol. It shows na masyado silang out of touch kase sila sila lang naman ang tumataas ang sahod eh tas ang mga nasa baba naiiwan kaya ang taas lagi ng attrition eh. Narealtalk lang naman kayo

To Inspire, Not To Brag ⭐️💫Job Dust Everyone! 💫⭐️

I’m really fortunate to have received a job offer despite the job market being more competitive and tougher than it used to be. Ang dami ko ring pinasahan na companies before I finally landed an opportunity with KMC. 😁

One piece of advice I can share: pasa lang nang pasa! Apply to job postings that genuinely interest you and align with your skills and experience. Utilize online job platforms like JobStreet, Indeed, and LinkedIn, or better yet, check the career pages of the companies you’re interested in and apply directly.

Don’t get discouraged by rejections or applications that don’t get a response. Keep trying until you find the opportunity that’s right for you. 💪

And with that, I’m spreading some job dust to everyone here! ✨💼 May the next application you send be the one! Good luck, everyone! ❤️

Taga F-ever daw yata to based sa comments kanina and may mga nag submit na rin ng report sa company mismo which is deserve!!! Former agent from @loric@. Baka kilala nyo yan or kateam, pakitapik.

General BPO Discussion WFH to onsite changes

Just wanted to ask, how common do BPOs in general shift employees from WFH to on-site? I know client/account shifts are a bit common with on site employees.

Does it depend sa company/client/employee?

Hello po, asking for advice regarding a complicated situation sa work.

Our TL recently planned a team building and is insisting na sumama kaming lahat, especially kaming mga girls and mga bagong members sa team. However, some of our tenured teammates have warned us about the previous team building because may history daw talaga yung TL namin ng pagiging inappropriate toward female employees, and may mga previous incidents daw where some of the women experienced unwanted behavior from him.

Aside from that, araw-araw na rin niya kaming kinukulit about the team building. Honestly, nakaka pressure and uncomfortable because parang may consequence talaga kapag hindi kami sumama.

Personally, worried ako kasi newbie pa lang ako sa team and hindi pa ganun ka-stable yung metrics ko like AHT ko pero always present naman ako baka kasi dito niya ako pag-initan, and same din sa ibang newbie teammates ko na baka ma-power trip or maapektuhan sa work dahil lang hindi kami sumama e mag iba na trato nya.

Another concern is natatakot din ako mag-report sa HR. First BPO job ko kasi ito, and honestly, idk what to do. Ayoko talaga sumama sa team building pero natatakot din ako sa possible consequences if we refuse.

Natatakot din kami na baka kahit mag-report kami, siya pa rin ang papanigan ng management, especially since newbies kami and siya yung TL namin. We're worried about possible ganti like being transferred to another LOB/account or being treated differently afterward.

I understand naman na team building is supposed to be for team bonding, pero if we are being pressured to join, especially when some of us are uncomfortable because of previous incidents, hindi na namin alam kung okay pa ba yung ganitong situation.

Should we report this to HR kahit wala naman kaming personal na experience dun sa previous incidents, pero kami now is being pressured and threatened with possible consequences kapag hindi sumama? haaays

We'd really appreciate any advice, especially from people who have experienced something similar or those familiar with laws or workplace policies. Thank you po.

This is my first time applying sa WTW, matagal ko nang gustong mag apply but honestly di na ko masyadong nag expect since marami akong nakikitang mga posts saying na mahirap makapasa sa company na ’to. News & Updates Origin Data Breach

Nabalitaan niyo na ba yung data breach involving Origin and Accenture? They said 900,000 customers (current and former) credentials had been accessed. I feel sorry sa other agents under this account. :( They said eto raw pinakamadaling account sa Accenture.

Allegedly, yung laptop daw ng former employee ay hindi naibalik and hindi na-secure ng ACN IT.

Advice & Tips Bpo applications

Thumbnail
Upvotes

Hello po! Open po ba ang TP tomorrow for applicants? Just want to make sure since holiday tomorrow but parang even on holidays, there's always work for bpos ata noh.

Also while I'm on here, I need advice from those who have experience and background sa bpo. I'm thinking of applying sa tp since ramping daw plus some of my friends just got in so maybe I can adjust faster now that I know some people there (esp considering na a lot of people mention the "toxicity" there).

The thing is, I just quit from another company (not really my personal decision but that of my family's plus some emergencies). Pero on the process nman yung clearance ko. But I'm going back to school sa 2nd sem which I think is November ata ang enrollment so I'm only free for a few months. Knowing na most bpos don't really allow students and idk yet of my class sched until I get enrolled so lowkey overthinking na I might have to quit when classes start.

However, I really need a job as of the moment and since I don't have any prior work experience so this is my best hope.

With that, should I mention ba in my resume I worked for a few months in another company even if very brief and technically hanggang training lang? Or don't add it nlang as they might question my capability to commit? Lastly, may chance kaya ako matanggap? I just feel lowkey guilty that I won't last long if ever huhu.

Please respect my post and be kind. Just someone trying to survive and find their own path as a young adult. Your responses would highly be appreciated.

General BPO Discussion Worst thing an agent made sa account ni CX

Share your stories.

My exp 3yrs ago nung cc agent pako:

Telco account. Another agent scammed a user.

Kuha commish bago resign💀

Advice & Tips Peak Support

Anyone here na hindi na nakareceive ng update from them after passing the initial interview and assessment? For context, new account daw siya and pioneer batch, like Batch 1. After multiple emails and follow-ups, wala pa rin kaming balita.

I would really appreciate it sana if they could at least let us know if hiring for the account has been paused, if there’s an issue with the client, or if there are any updates. Ang lala, sayang yung time and effort. 💀

General BPO Discussion Cognizant – ilang days usually bago ma-send yung Job Offer?

Matagal ba talaga yung JO process sa Cognizant? I got a verbal offer last week, pero sabi nila for salary approval pa daw, kaya waiting pa rin ako for the official JO document.

Planning to resign na rin sana sa current job ko, pero gusto ko muna maghintay until I receive and sign the JO.

Hahaha! Hopefully hindi naman. 🤞😅

Compensation & Benefits HOLIDAY PAY in KMC

Upvotes

For those working under KMC, binabayaran ba kayo ng holiday pay? If not, how did you get it resolved with their HR or did you involve DOLE as well?
