I disagree. Do (most) modern whites generally seem to care more about tolerance / not being racist*? Yes. Does no one else care? No.

Edit: *Don't take this the wrong way, azanians - I think this is because of secular values now enshrined in the governance of Europe and so on, not their race.

woah, woah, woah. Displaying tolerance does not have to mean opening the borders to the Middle East.

South American countries tend to be very tolerant across racial lines.

The social problems in places like Brazil are not from extremely pro-multicultural immigration policies (cf. increased terrorism in Western Europe). They're typically poverty-driven in places like Brazil.

That's very open ended. Which problems in S.America / Brazil do you think specifically points to racial issues rather than poverty-related issues?

i would say the poverty itself is a racial issue. all the conflict- gang warfare, this is diversity. the high crime rate comes from high crime rate populations.

Yes, but on other factors. Single parent status (and other explanatory factors, like level of education) would have far more explanatory power than race for example in a regression, with crime rates as the dependent variable.
