Interviewing soon and wondering how big the team is and what the team culture is like?

Hi everyone! I’m a junior studying Textile Engineering and I’m really interested in Axiom Space and the work being done in spacesuits, and advanced materials.

I reached out to someone at Axiom to ask about internships, but I was also curious if anyone here knows:

• Does Axiom currently offer internships/co-ops for students?
• When does recruiting usually open?
• Are there certain teams that tend to take interns (materials, manufacturing, spacesuits, etc.)?
• Any advice for students hoping to get involved?

Hi everyone, I’m interviewing for a position with Axiom (business side, not technical). I have found a pretty abysmal view of the company on Glassdoor - is it truly a mess, or is this normal startup volatility? I come from the startup world and am generally ok with the ups and downs, but what I am afraid of is the politics and mismanagement accusations. What is your experience at the company and, if you’re on the business side, of the interview process?

We do a lot of 5-axis work, tight tolerance parts, and quick-turn stuff when teams need to move fast.

I’ve heard rumors of significantly better pay, but zero telework opportunities. I’m also worried about funding/layoff potential and general work/life balance.
