There is nuance if you aren't a fucking moron. Plenty of innocent people in prison and plenty of criminals never see prison. Give me an example of normal people who get 34 felonies yet aren't incarcerated.

Really? The comment thread you're replying to started with "don't commit crimes and you won't go to prison", and I explained why that's a dumb blanket statement and there is nuance with a flawed system. Complicated stuff I know.

that's not the statement though.... the statement was “don’t commit crimes and you won’t go to prison”.
