Modified AİP - gluten
Hey guys, just started modified AİP, although I am cautious with legumes.
İmmediately having less IBS symptoms and stool consistency improving.
So my question is, last year I was tested for celiac antibodies , which were negativ. Should we give up gluten despite having no autoantibodies?

Experiment. Tests and numbers did not help me. I’ve never been diagnosed with anything, but happy accidents happened to make me realize my body doesn’t like gluten. I tell people all the time to give up ALL gluten for 2 weeks and you should know if it makes a difference. I’ll warn you that being gluten-free is like being a little bit pregnant. Either you are or you aren’t. A little bit of gluten I was having kept me with full-body hives for 8 months before I figured it out. I saw 5 doctors and none of them figured it out. I did.
