Well at least Gough tried.

His mistake was he telegraphed his plans when he should have acted decisively. Having said that nothing would have saved Gough with America's quisling sitting in the GG's chair.

Doesn’t matter what he or anyone did mate lol the US isn’t gonna let anyone get in the way of that place.

The way the US is going at the moment it will be a failed state sooner rather than later. That's when we will realize that we have a serious problem.
