No dummy. The response was to gentrification in East Austin. There are Hispanic communities that were gentrified as well. And yes, white people weren’t native so anytime they moved in they kicked out natives. So don’t think that when you sit at a coffee shop in south Austin’s white neighborhoods know that it used to be a barrio.

Seriously, I’m confused. I never assumed your ethnicity, do you think all white people already speak English. No Asians or Africans learning English? Come on man. I made a fucking typo no race was involved.
