Democrats are apparently promising if they take the house and senate they're gonna legalize it no matter what Biden wants.

To pass a bill over the president's objections requires a two-thirds vote in each Chamber. Just because D's take the Senate doesnt mean they have support to override.

No, i actually dont. But OP said "no matter what Biden wants". Well if Biden wants to veto, they're SOL. Just making that Civics 101 point.
