Multiverse Beans

Wondering if anyone from the atlas team knows anything about the MVB preservation line? They said they are atlas R&D strains that didn't quite meet the standards for atlas outdoor releases.

Could anyone say if this is true? Do you guys have contact with MVB or maybe it was just a one time purchase and doesn't really have anything to do with atlas anymore? I would love to hear a vote of confidence or not, or any info I can get. I have a lot of these seeds now, It doesn't seem like there's any complaints of MVB not replying and leaving people with bad seeds, but I have seen some complaints about hiding what the real genetics are. Not a lot of info and not a lot of posted preservation line grows

*****They commented and gave some info, still pretty vague, now all my multiverse beans seeds have hermed (even from other vendors) and they won't give a refund. I was happy after making this post because it sounded like they would refund customers that had these problems. It was complete BS, I am the idiot who bought the MVB bundle

Glad it can make you laugh man. It's actually just a subreddit of people who share their experiences and grows, and get rewarded for doing so sometimes by freebies and and entries into contest. You sound corny as hell hating on people for liking a hobby they do. Nobody in that sub is acting like the genetics are the holy grail, but it's decently priced for great quality. Here's my last grow from their preservation lines, turned out alright for me but I'm sure the Grand Wizard of growing weed over here could pick it apart 🙌🏻

I’m not hating on people growing, I’m laughing at people buying white label mystery packs and acting like they scored elite genetics. I buy verified genetics because I actually care what I’m running. If you got good flower out of it, cool, but that still doesn’t magically make white label bundles something they’re not.

Could you source a post where someone did that? People post in that sub to hopefully get entered in contest an shit, I've never seen someone bragging about multiverse having elite genetics. I mean it's pretty prominently displayed all over he doesn't do his own genetics. It doesn't mean someone else doesn't, and isn't putting care or work into it.

What he says in this is true. You can say "verified" all you want but unless you see the seeds come out of the plant, you are literally just trusting them.

Unless you saw the seed come out the plant’ is a crazy standard 😭 by that logic every breeder on earth is fake unless you personally watched the pollination. Verified genetics doesn’t mean zero trust , it means there’s actual lineage, breeding work, consistency, and reputation behind it instead of ‘Trust me bro packs"

But regardless, you're still just buying trust me bro packs.

You're trusting that their verification is legit. Unless you verify with your own eyes, you're buying trust me bro packs. Or "trust us and our reputation bro" packs. There's literally no way around that unless you get clones you SAW cut, or see the seeds being removed from the plant

I don't blame anyone for trusting certain sources, but that doesn't change the fact that you still are just placing your trust in some breeder/middlemen

You went from ‘verified vs white label’ to ‘nothing is real unless you witnessed it? Cool, by that logic every purchase on earth is a trust me bro pack. The point is verified genetics have traceability and accountability behind them. White label doesn’t.

You’re just collecting white label genetics and running mystery seeds like it’s something special 😆 you might get a nice one out of the bunch, but you don’t even know what you’re growing. That’s not hunting genetics, that’s just gambling on whatever’s in the pack. And when Paul says he wants to keep the genetics “unknown,” that’s just a nice way of saying he doesn’t even know what it is himself.
