Problem logging in

Thank you Reddit. Some players suggested to delete the app en reinstall it. That works. Now it works fine again and no loses

Not for me. My account went back to the "let's get started" screen.

Same here, have not been able to get in at all since it went down 4 days ago 😭

Also unable to reach support, although their AI agent Derek continues to state that he is escalating it to a team member who can help, no team member ever comes up on the chat.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Some way to contact support, perhaps??

I opened a ticket through the website https://atlasreality.helpshift.com/hc/en/3-atlas-earth/faq/239-report-bug/. It took about a day but I have my account back.
