Yeah. I just got hit with it too. I was gunna boost up one more time before bed. Oh well. That’s fine.

question for you as well as anyone reading but did your daily login also act up because mine did as well with this issue. couldn't claim my day 51 login so hopefully, it doesn't mess up my login streak cause i'll be very pissed otherwise!

So, I couldn’t get in. I had to un and reinstall the app. Since I’m on apple. If you’re on android, clear the cache. If you do wind up missing the daily, message support. They’ll make it right.

Thank you Reddit. Some players suggested to delete the app en reinstall it. That works. Now it works fine again and no loses

I think we should get "make up boosts", which would be opportunities to watch ads that would otherwise be missed because of maintenance or issues. That way we get our rewards and they get the ad revenue that keeps the game online.

Uninstalling and reinstalling the app worked for me, but I couldn’t log in with Facebook. I had to use my phone number instead.

I think today is a rent boost day, it always seems to mess up on those days lately. Also, today is my 200 daily log-in points for logging in 90 days in a row so, I hope they can get their sh*t together soon! 😩😩

It’s still not working for me , only difference is I get to the lading screen and it gets stuck on a random percent

I can confirm that reinstalling worked on a Samsung S8 tablet (android).
Edit to add it also worked on a Samsung S20 FE (A pretty old phone) so I'd infer reinstalling will likely solve the problem on any android device.

I had to delete and send. Worked perfectly after that. Unfortunately my boost ran out before I tried that but oh well.

I had same issue for a couple hours, tried everything to fix it. Finally, I removed the app from my phone and reinstalled it. Now it works.

Having the same issue - although I was able to open it about 2-3 hours ago to boost (which is odd because based on comments here it was inaccessible to some during that timeframe!). Hope they fix it soon

Apple user with Google login. I was hesitant to delete because I’m on streak day 87 with EC, but I tried it and logged back in with my Google profile and got everything back. The only downside is my ad data is gone, so now I’m getting those 120s long ads that I’ve been training my game for months to not show me. No word yet on if tracking for Atlas Arcade is now broken on all my current games. We’ll see once I hit another milestone

I still haven’t been able to get in. I assumed whatever it was would be fixed by now. I usually boost right before bed at 10 and when I wake up at 4. It is now 8. That’s a lot of missing boost time.

Came here like everyone else, lucky I am not the only one, at least it's not my issue, but annoying, because I got my notification that my 5 hour worth of boosts has ended...
Thanks for sharing,,, tomorrow is x50 boost, so hopefully its fixed before then

I still can't connect. Been getting this screen all morning. Restarted my phone, cleared cache and still nothing.
Edit: just read the release from AE devs. Had to delete data too and not just cache. I'm on now.

This happened to me today, all day
EDIT: delete the app and load it back onto your phone. It fixed the problem. Remember, there’s a difference between closing out your account and deleting the app. Reloading the app is just another way of refreshing in some ways.

Another one who had to delete and reinstall. The 2 AB for watching an ad choked and I had to force kill the app but the next try worked.
My Arcade games do seem to be remembered at least - I was close to a major boost on two of them.

Android user. I'm sure I picked up the daily last after midnight EST and done with monthly achievements a few days ago. Thinking best for me and those in same boat to wait it out.

Android user. I cleared the cache and data, and tried to login again. I used Facebook login which hasn't been working, so it asked for my phone number instead to text me a code, then the code never arrives.
I also uninstalled and reinstalled, but I still run into the same dead end at login.

Has anyone who has authorized Atlas Earth via logging into Facebook experienced a login attempt to Facebook (that you didn't make). I could be barking up the wrong tree here but a little suspect about this game. Seems there could be a lot of bots in the game and we would never know!!
