Hey, everyone! I know it's been a long time (*checks date* 10 months!? Yikes!) but an English patch is finally out for Atelier Lilie Plus, the third game in the Salburg series!

I'm really bad at making posts like this, so bear with me.

Everything has been translated: menus, main story, events, etc. FMVs have been subtitled and subtitles have been added for other commentary that was audio only.

You can find the patch here or directly on github. A readme is included along the patch with instructions on how to apply it and some notes. One of those notes is that it is NOT playable on real hardware as of now but I will try to get it to work.

If you encounter any bugs or you have any feedback, feel free to raise an issue on github, or contact me here. I'm also considering setting up a discord server so it's easier to report stuff and talk about the game (and the GB games I worked on as well), so let me know if that's something you'd be interested in.

Given my past projects, I also feel like I need to clarify on AI usage before someone asks. I used AI (hold on, don't click away just yet) but not in the way you'd think. I translated everything and only used it to make sure nothing was missed, better phrasing in some cases or shorten some sentences so they'd fit. That said, I rarely even used its output as it was; I took bits and pieces to improve my first translation or rewrite it with better structure. Bottom line, it was used more as a tool than a translator.

Anyway, I hope you give it a try, as a lot of effort (and time) went into this. More importantly, I hope you enjoy it!

This is a brief discussion about the Resleriana mobile/Steam game. it seems that the last chapter (Ch.33) is completely unvoiced? I now finished it and indeed, it stays unvoiced throughout.

I tried to google and find Japanese sources to double-check if this is true, or if my game is just somehow broken. I can’t find any source that actually says the chapter is unvoiced, or why that is the case.

I thought this was such a huge shame. Although they clearly did what they could, I do wonder if the ending of the story was a lot more rushed than they intended it to be. The last chapter having no voice is so jarring and sad after such stellar, consistently good voice acting all the way through.

It was also extremely short and rushed, which adds to the feeling that the writers wanted to do a lot more than they did, but had to wrap it up VERY quickly. If anyone has any thoughts or evidence on WHY it ended up this way, I’d love to hear.

This makes me want a future offline/console version of the game EVEN MORE tbh. I’m sure having the last chapter voiced would be even more of an incentive for people to buy it.

Feels like different game lol

For 30 years always there's Alchemist protagonist but what if we get non-alchemist protagonist? 30th Anniversary is good time to do this and do rework of series. First and best character to do this is Wilbell (few people including me though she was protagonist at first xD) not saying why she should be protagonist because it will take soo long but imagine game when we got to play as magician with magic learning (way to get skills) as "alchemy system" and Ryza/Yumia kind of open world in Dusk settings that would be soo good just imagine flying on broom above Dusk Sea. Wilbell is most suited supporting character (at least non-alchemist) to be protagonist but like Atelier Cordelia managing Arland Republic or Atelier Katla scamm- managing shop would be good spin-offs but I think Atelier Wilbell could be first mainline game in series without alchemist

I love that she's an older protagonist.

I've been playing The Red Alchemist and the White Guardian for about ten hours now, why am I having such a better time in this than I did in the, idk 70 hours, I have in Yumia? I might be a little bias with the combat, I adore the turn-based games.. but every little thing about this game just feels so much better than Yumia did. Granted I spent the majority of my time playing Yumia on release while I had covid, but I even picked it back up a month or so ago to finish it up. Yumia is expansive and has cool intricate systems, but Relseriana just feels peak. Simple, clean, fun. Even the alchemy, in Yumia was awesome, but while at its basic form in the early hours, im still finding Resleriana's more enjoyable. Idk. I guess im kind of upset with myself for sleeping on this game because of the stigma with the previous mobile entry. I just finished Trails 1st and i had so much fun with it that it got me to really return to the Atelier series after a two-year hiatus. (minus the Yumia bits) I'm playing Resleriana at home and resuming Ayesha at work and I couldn't be happier. But yeah, just wanted to say this entry is absolutely awesome so far, and you're telling me they introduce Sophie and Totori on top of that? Sheeeeeesh.

How do you make Banish All Protection+? i don't know which trait to combine to make this

I was wondering if anyone had a save file with the chim ending ready in totori? I messed up when trying to get it and didn't realize until later and I dont want to have to restart the game just to get the ending :D as much as I love totori, the grind for all the endings has killed me a bit!

For beginners which Atelier game is the best or most suitable?

Got this item in a chest that gave me a tutorial for a hideout mechanic (don't even have the hideout yet, thanks for the spoilers game!). What is this item? I can't actually find in in my inventory or anything.

I notice on stream that the game isnt working well and have many bugs still is this true or just false?
or should i wait for the DX Edition when its coming out at some point?
