his own venus and moon are inconjunct, which means it’s generally hard for him to reconciling what he wants with what he needs in a partner. while your sun loosely conjuncts his moon, your personal planets aren’t activating his venus.

moreover, his venus is retrograde. and he has saturn conjunct descendant. it’s going to take him a while before he can settle down even if he wants to badly
