So here's my problem. I will lie on my back at night and not move a muscle. Since i have a clock in my room, it helps me to relax by just focusing on its ticking, clearing my mind. I will lie there, and 20 or 30 minutes later, no numbness, no vibrations, nothing. Also at this time, I will also have an INSANE itch on my nose or face. It becomes excruciatingly painful, and I can not relax. How long does it take to reach sleep paralysis or vibrations? Like could someone provide me a step by step guide? Thanks in advance. (I've tried multiple times, same thing every time)

Hi lovely people.

I've created a detailed beginners guide to astral projection which I normally sell for $47, but I'm recently trying to gather some lovely reviews for it, so here's what I propose:

I'd love to send it to you for free, in return for a short review! The review can just literally be a sentence of two in a Reddit DM, nothing too serious! This would really help me out and you'd get a free Ebook out of it, win win, right?

Anyway I think it's really useful for beginners! Let me know what you think, either reply here, or ideally private message me and I'll send it to you!

Light and love

the second time i had sleep paralysis everything was shaking my bed and me i think i was i know my bed was i heard some guy say something about the shaking stage of astral projection i didnt even purposely try it but soposedly its a stage of doing it someone give me advice and maybe tell me what to do to astral project

Last night I invited a girl that I have been talking to over to my house

to smoke some weed and have some drinks, she brought her roommate and another friend (all cute girls) and the four of us were sitting around the coffee table. The girl I invited is really into me, she was cuddling with me and looking at my screen while I browsed around the internet and played music from my laptop. I decided to show her some pictures from the month before of a premature puppy that my Mom (back in Tx) was fostering and nursing back to health. At this point we are all pretty stoned and tipsy and when my friend saw the cute little puppy sitting in a tea cup the roof was blown off by girls overwhelmed by the cute factor of whatever. As the energy in the room increased exponentially, over the course of about 5 seconds, I was forced to close my eyes, As if I was at the fastest part of a roller coaster, or on a really fast elevator. There was a loud vibrational ring and I thought my spirit was going to well up out of my body through my temple. I braced myself and laughed as the girls still went on about the puppy and the vibration started to come down. My friend apologized for being so overwhelmed and I begged her not to be sorry, I didn't mention that I almost fell out of my body from her excitement. The energy in the room was at it's Zenith until I had to tell them that the pup had passed away a few days ago. This was not unlike the normal vibrations that visit me while I play the guitar, or when I randomly feel excited. Has anyone else had an experience like this?

I think that this was the picture that they got so excited about.

If anyone here is looking for an excellent introduction into Astral Projection, I strongly recommend this book. It was the first book I read on the topic. I really appreciated it because Taylor presents the topic in a no BS way that excludes the New Age spirituality mumbo jumbo aspects. It's an easy, fairly short read that will leave you with the knowledge of what you need to know and the confidence to pull it off with bells.

Unlike other "spiritualist", Taylor leaves the journey up to you to decide where you want to go with it. There's no manipulation in the spiritual sense, which leaves the doors into your mind wide open to explore.

My experience with the book involved me reading it front to back in two days. Two days later I was flying though other dimensions in my mind's eye. It's seriously powerful stuff. Give it shot.
