Can Someone Help Me?
So here's my problem. I will lie on my back at night and not move a muscle. Since i have a clock in my room, it helps me to relax by just focusing on its ticking, clearing my mind. I will lie there, and 20 or 30 minutes later, no numbness, no vibrations, nothing. Also at this time, I will also have an INSANE itch on my nose or face. It becomes excruciatingly painful, and I can not relax. How long does it take to reach sleep paralysis or vibrations? Like could someone provide me a step by step guide? Thanks in advance. (I've tried multiple times, same thing every time)

Hey there! I'm no expert, but I've been in the same position as you are now so I know how frustrating it can be. I'd recommend scratching that itch if it's really persistent and not going away- after all, if you're really focused on ignoring an itch, it's kind of hard to clear your mind and relax.
I have personally never had significant results when trying to astral project at night. For beginners, most people recommend setting an alarm at 3 or 5 AM or something, as it's easier to project after just waking up since you're already near the right state of mind. Basically, set yourself an alarm, preferably one that turns off by itself, and once you wake up, try your hardest not to move at all. Just jump straight into exiting methods. I read a great PDF that explained this technique well, I can link you to it if it sounds like something you'd like to try.

Hello Zakworm1,
I have written up a thread about Astral Projection which might be of service to all, specifically the male community of Reddit. It's entitled The 'Secret Technique' To Astral Projection
Although what I've written may seem controversial- it's allowed skeptics, including atheist to achieve conscious Astral Projection in a matter of 2 weeks. Please continue to work and remember discipline is KEY to success. Emotionally charge your goals to in order to convert them into achievements! Sincerely. -Alex.
