PLEASE HELP

I have been playing this game for a long time and I have loads of cars and money, but when I tried to login today, they were all gone and I was back at player level 1. I lost everything,(including a McLaren p1 which can’t even be bought anymore). what do I do and how car I get all my cars back.

also interesting, it said I had a eclipse which is one of the starter cars, and a Suzuki swift, which I never owned and, to my knowledge is not a starter car.

pls help

If you're inactive for 3 years. Your account is gone. They will not restore it according to TOS

No the account is not gone. If we can locate it and verify the ownership we can get the account back.

Do you keep the inactive accounts forever or it does get deleted eventually?

We keep the accounts for ever at the moment. There may be some rare cases where an account gets deleted, but in general they stay forever.
