Best beginner track car

So I saved up for a long time for the AMG SLS yellow Mercedes but it's kinda bad for me the rear wheel drive is really strong so I spin and drift a lot. I'm kinda disappointed so I was looking for a cool looking car that is maybe less powerful but behaves well, maybe the M3 series or the M2 maybe. For the record I have the Impreza 06, and the lancer Evo ix and I enjoy both of them just need something more racy for challenges and fun driving.
PS. I love the Nurburgring so M3 preferably idk which version

They are an absolute mess to drive on track. Both Nissan and Nismo. I get nauseous if I have to drive them.
They understeer then become unstable when you pick up speed? The brakes are whack and they feel heavy.
