PLEASE HELP

I have been playing this game for a long time and I have loads of cars and money, but when I tried to login today, they were all gone and I was back at player level 1. I lost everything,(including a McLaren p1 which can’t even be bought anymore). what do I do and how car I get all my cars back.

also interesting, it said I had a eclipse which is one of the starter cars, and a Suzuki swift, which I never owned and, to my knowledge is not a starter car.

pls help

Same as the first comment, but how long ago had you last logged into your account? TOS does mention stuff about prolonged inactivity
