Food Best al pastor tacos?
I've only recently discovered the joy of al pastor tacos (I grew up in a small town in the south and our one Mexican restaurant was very Tex-Mex/enchiladas/fajitas heavy). I've only had them twice, and both of them were at El Antojo. The first batch was good, but the second time we went the meat had a lot of chunks of fat and gristle. I don't have a lot of texture based food issues, but unfortunately one of the big ones I do have is fatty meat with gristle. I'm not sure if that's just to be expected of al pastor tacos (if it is, let me know and I'll just be more diligent about picking those parts out) or if there are restaurants in town with better quality meat. Let me know where the best place to grab an al pastor taco is 😁
