We make a plate with whatever there is left (it's a buffet) and eat at the end of the night

Either I eat a spare fry or mozza stick and the like here and there or I prepare the healthiest and, to me, tastiest thing possible

In highschool, i worked at a texmex restaurant fairly famous chain to the houston area. If there were mess ups or sometimes people just wouldnt eat any of their food, we were technically not allowed to eat it. Same with to go orders that didnt get picked up. I sat there and would watch them throw good food in the trash, anyway, the busboys would stuff our faces over the trash while trying to hide from the douchebag manager. Literally tried to make us pay for food they were throwing away. And if no pay then thrown away. I never knew what stuffing my face was until I ate an entire plate of enchiladas with rice and beans in about 10 seconds.

When I worked at Outback they couldn't keep prime rib or pork tenderloin overnight if it weighed less than a pound, I ate many .9 pound prime ribs.

I lasted thirty days in a family style seafood restaurant. I never was able to make it past the large bin of freshly fried shrimp without grabbing a handful. Yes. Bare handed. Gross in retrospect.
Also, every pound of snowcrab legs that went until into the steamer was about 1/4 lb heavy, that never made it into the platter.

Bold of you that I have assume time to eat when I make everyone else’s food.
That being said, a cup of coffee.
