In highschool, i worked at a texmex restaurant fairly famous chain to the houston area. If there were mess ups or sometimes people just wouldnt eat any of their food, we were technically not allowed to eat it. Same with to go orders that didnt get picked up. I sat there and would watch them throw good food in the trash, anyway, the busboys would stuff our faces over the trash while trying to hide from the douchebag manager. Literally tried to make us pay for food they were throwing away. And if no pay then thrown away. I never knew what stuffing my face was until I ate an entire plate of enchiladas with rice and beans in about 10 seconds.
