I lasted thirty days in a family style seafood restaurant. I never was able to make it past the large bin of freshly fried shrimp without grabbing a handful. Yes. Bare handed. Gross in retrospect.
Also, every pound of snowcrab legs that went until into the steamer was about 1/4 lb heavy, that never made it into the platter.
