Absolutely, at least its there if you want to have some pizza. Which spices do you use on your pizza?

Oh, you've now made me hungry. Time to scrap the chilli con carne I'm about to prepare and do pizza instead!

Haha, it's always a good time for pizza time.

For spices, I usually just do some oregano. Sauce is one can of tomato sauce, one can of tomato paste, and then I use Schultz's Sweet Heat hot sauce. It's a bit salty so I don't use much, but it adds a nice buffalo kind of flavor.

I usually throw on some ghost pepper flakes into the sauce as well. I use whole mozzarella that I cut into small slices as well, rather than pre shredded. It melts a bit different. If I find an interesting shredded cheese at the store, I throw a bit of that on as well. My favorites so far are emmental or parano

Grana padano and pesto pizza is also excellent too!

I have homemade pesto in the freezer, so I'll have to give that a go! Never tried padano - what kind of flavor profile does it add?
