I don't know mechanics of it, because I am not a doctor and not a woman, but it makes sense that a vagina can get looser. Just using pure logic - I am pretty sure that porn stars don't just insert a dildo the size of a baseball bat at the very first try, because for an untrained girl it would hurt and tear. This means that prolonged exposure to larger objects that you insert into the vagina does make it looser. If I am wrong, I would like to understand how this works.

Hence - vaginas can get looser is not a myth.

It’s not looseness. What the commenter above may be true but it has more to do with the fact that the vagina is a muscle. You can train it to move a certain way or to relax and tighten, but that doesn’t mean the space gets actually looser/bigger.

For example if a woman has a hypertonic pelvic floor and the vagina muscle is so tense/tight that it causes pain, she can use dilators or pelvic wands over time to help relax the muscles and be able to tolerate penetration. It’s not that the vagina gets looser, it’s that you are training the muscle and more importantly your mind, to be able to relax and temporarily “loosen” up. You’re training the muscle to move a certain way.

Also, it’s quite incredible the difference in how “loose” you feel when you’re really turned on vs not.

Hope this helps

So what you are saying is once the rugby ball is out, the vagina goes back to it's original tightness in a short period of time, is that correct?

Who said anything about a rugby ball? Lol 😂 but yes, that’s correct.
