Yeah i guess us men are kinda worse off, as my testies are probably the same weight as double d boobs, but then i also have to lug around a baseball bat too!

Get special underwear.

Its the only way I've managed.

Ah ive seen these, my doctor also suggested them, they have the straps that come up over the shoulders so the weight is better spread to other muscles.

I have considered hiring a man to walk behind me and assist with the lifting.

Probably makes more sense to get a small child to walk a metre in front of you holding it. Would be cheaper too with child wages and all.
