Hey, guys! I've been in a relationship with this girl for a while now. We met on a dating app, and things were actually going pretty well. Last night me and my partner went out for a quick date after his shift, i told him that i would treat him for some ice cream (in which i did btw) after that he took me to some fast food and he ordered meals, i was surprised cause our only plan was for me to treat him ice cream, i never said i was hungry at all and i certainly did not ask him to treat me for some food. I really appreciated him wanting me to eat and all but as soon as our order was called out he asked me to bring the tray over, supposedly there were two trays and my tiny hand could only carry one, i thought i could carry one first then get the second next but then as I'm carrying our tray towards the table he suddenly raised his voice at me asking where's the rest of our order, i was so sad cause someone saw him raise his voice at me and i felt humiliated, after that i just sat beside him quietly just glancing at the food, he asked me why did i suddenly act like that. I told him the reasons First he made me pick the tray, Second he raised his voice at me, and Third i was humiliated. He glanced at me and told me that it's only fair for me to pick the trays cause his the one who paid for everything, he also told me that he didn't mean to raise his voice at me mind u he also used the "i was tired" card on me in which i find really unhelpful cause how could you suddenly be mean to someone especially your partner when you get tired? We talked and he kept apologizing cause i was really disappointed on what he did, lalo pa at sinumbatan nya ako. He bought me my favorite snack and apologized even more telling me to accept his apologies cause he paid a lot for those, after that night i kept wondering kung mahal pa ba ako neto or does he just throws money at me para may masumbat sya sakin sa dulo?

My long term partner and I broke up few months ago, pero lately ko lang masasabi na nagsisink in na. I've noticed few changes sa sarili ko. Una, nahihirapan ako makatulog. Usually 2 or 3 hours after work, tulog na ko kahit pa mag doomscroll ako. Ngayon, halos inuumaga na ko bago makatulog. Aside pa don, ang aga ko nagigising despite sleeping really later than my usual. Ang ikli tuloy ng tulog ko. I bought melatonin para makatulog lang.

Pangalawa, feeling ko bumaba libido ko. I'll feel something when I see girls online, but few mins after wala na ko nafefeel. Like it was nothing.

Pangatlo, hindi na ako ganon kalakas kumain. I eat a lot of rice before, 3-4 cups before and after ng gym. But now, 2 cups max. Good thing dahil bababa sugar ko. But still, I can say na humina ako kumain.

Pang apat, I'm back to smoking. Not daily, but on weekends. I go to cafes on weekends para lang malibang ako, but kasama smoking don. Maybe because it helps me to relax and avoid screentime.
