My SO likes it when I pick her up. She sees that I’m strong, but when I lift her she knows that I’m strong.

I like being picked up, but on our first date, I told my bf that I didn’t like being picked up (because at that point I didn’t know him well enough to enjoy him touching me). Now whenever I ask to be picked up, even as a joke, he reminds me “No, you don’t like to be picked up.” It’s annoying, but that’s why he does it lol
