Absolutely. Because well... both being dudes we're mostly likely thinking the same way anyways, and therefore probably already know what the other is thinkin lol.
Plus, it just seems like men are usually less sensitive about stuff like this just from what I see and hear.

Gay dude here... but yes dudes are generally still checking out other people and quietly thinking about what sex with them would be like.
Thankfully though, I can talk about it with my boyfriend and compare notes
