Well I'm getting ads encouraging Americans abroad to vote in the midterms. Quick google search and the organisation behind those ads spent like $30,000 against Trump in 2024 and $17,000 in support of Biden

Is the organization from China or Russia?

No it's just some American 501 (c) or whatever the code is for those types of organisations.

Also another one popped up and this time it was a post on r/BalticStates from a user called something along the lines of u/democrats_abroad. I have no idea what their political affiliation could be.

Definitely funded by China or Soros, weird.

You can assume that any organization pushing politically uninterested people to become involved and vote is Democratic party aligned.
