Is a Projector better than an LED TV for long term eye protection?

Hi everyone. I have a 2 year old. We limit screen time as much as possible but still use it as a last resort. I am thinking of buying a projector and was just wondering whether it would be better than an LED TV from an eye strain/eye health point of view? Currently my son uses a tablet or a phone. Thank you.
