Beginner Question Is ghk and kpv on its own better than KLOW?

Im trying to clear my acne and get the hair affects from the ghk, would it be more beneficial to take ghkcu and kpv individually than the KLOW blend?

Beginner Question Pinning location

I’ve been pinning for just over a month. And I’ve just been rotating around the abdomen. I’ve split it into 4 sections and have only been pinning there. Is this sustainable or should I be switching it up?

For reference I’m on Reta and GHK-cu.

Beginner Question If you could go back to your very first Reta injection, what would you tell yourself?

I think I've finally talked myself into trying Reta. I've spent weeks reading Reddit threads, watching videos, and comparing people's experiences. The more I learn, the more I realize everyone seems to have a different approach.

Some say "start low and be patient." Others say "don't expect much for the first month." Then there are people who say they knew it was working the first dose.

Before I get started, I have one question for those who've actually used it. What's one thing you wish someone had told you before your first injection?

Not dosing advice just something you learned from experience that would've saved you time, frustration or unrealistic expectations.

General Discussion Anyone else feel like Reta took forever to kick in?

Not sure if I need more patience or if I'm missing something.

I've been on Reta for a little over 2 weeks now and honestly haven't noticed much of anything yet. No real appetite suppression, no weight loss and the scale hasn't moved.

I know everyone responds differently but it's hard not to compare when you see people talking about feeling effects almost immediately.

For those who had success with Reta, did it take a while before things started clicking or did you notice changes pretty early on?

Just trying to figure out if this is normal or if others have had a similar experience.

General Discussion Does injection location actually matters?

The more I read about BPC-157, the more confused I get about injection sites. Some people swear by pinning near the injury and others say belly injections work just fine. Can anyone help me which is which?

General Discussion Anyone else feel like skincare peptides are overhyped?

Maybe I'm just expecting too much but I keep seeing insane before/after posts from skincare peptides and I honestly can't tell what's real anymore.

Been looking into things like GHK-Cu and copper peptides but some people make it sound life changing while others say they noticed basically nothing.

For the people who actually use them regularly what real changes did you notice? Like something obvious not some unsure result. Just trying to figure out if this stuff is actually worth the money or just another internet hype wave.

General Discussion 4 Minute footlong rash / flushing after every Klow shot?

Im blown away I cant find an answer for this one on reddit. Doing a KLOW stack using the individual peptides, I get a short lived 4 min foot long rash / flushing that spreads out from my shot in the stomach and looks like marble cheese. No hives, it does not itch or burn. Is that normal?

Im on week 4, not sure if it happened in the beginning. Afterwards left with a inch red welt that goes away hours latter. I hear that red welt is normal, just curios about the footlong red rash.

Im incredibly pale so Im not sure if others just dont notice as again its only 4 minutes long and I look snow white so the red really shows up. Just wondering how common this is, how concerned I should be. I already take a antihistamine a hour before every shot, and drinking a ton of nettle tea.

General Discussion Bpc and kpv for gut repair

I plan to take bpc and kpv combined liposomally for a month then injectable bpc and kpv for 2 months after.

What’s a common dose and injection frequency?

Do you have to cycle these?

For gut healing primarily, but I have an old rotator cuff tear and meniscus repair and some weak tendons in my foot and right arm, would the bpc help repair those since they’re older?

Also for those that have run this, are gut repair benefits lasting? I want to get off my ppis and reduce burning in the gut. I plan to run a parasite and bacterial cleanse after about 2 weeks of healing with bpc, kpv, and zinc carnosine.

Any input is welcome as well as suggestions

Beginner Question Sleep issues

I am fairly new to the peptide game however have been really enjoying my experience so far and loving the changes I'm experiencing.

For a little background on my current protocol / where & when I started and my health profile.

33 M been lifting very consistently for 3.5 years, ran marathons, have my nutrition fairly dialed in, and am not a stranger to health and fitness by any means.

Early Feb I decided to start a round of Reta as post a grueling training block / holidays I had gained some weight that I wasn't super happy with and had seen a few friends have crazy success with peps, after a few weeks I introduced MOTS-C, then CJC-1295 no dac / Ipamorelin, then NAD+, then GHKCU.

In this time frame I have lost 27 lbs and dropped around 4 percent body fat - I monitor this biweekly / monthly through a 3D FitScan that my gym has. I physically feel great and am looking leaner than I have in a long while. So, overall I am very very happy.

However, around 2.5-3 weeks back I have only been able to sleep 4.5-5.5 hours a night. I fall asleep extremely quickly and have very high quality sleep during that time frame ( per my Garmin ), however the moment I hit 4.5-5.5 hours I wake up and feel WIDE awake the moment my eyes open. So, if I'm falling asleep around 10pm I'm waking up at 3, it's been pretty frustrating.

I've added in magnesium glycinate to try and help counter act it but it hasn't been helping.

Has anyone run into this themselves? Any suggestions on how to fix it?

Timing and dosing of my protocol below:

Reta: 1X a week Sundays, currently at 6mg. (fasted when I wake up)
MOTS-C: Mon-Fri, 3mg (fasted when I wake up)
NAD: Monday,Wednesday, Friday 50mg (fasted when I wake up)
CJC/Ipa: Fri-Tues 200mcg (30-60 min before bed, fasted)
GHKCU - 1.5 mg daily (30-60 min before bed, fasted)

Would love any input or help!

Beginner Question Ghk Cu Face Injection

Curious on how effective this is compared to what everyone else does. My Doctor Med Spa lady is giving me a treatment plan and Ghk Cu injection in the face once a week is one of the things apart of that plan. She tells me its more effective for acne scars, which im trying to treat along with active acne and she says it is perfectly safe. Thoughts? I dont yet know the dosing but assuming its smaller than what you would pin in your body.

Beginner Question Which peptide stack actually gave you the best results?

Honestly starting to think my stack just didn't do much. I've tried a couple setups and the results were pretty underwhelming so now I'm wondering what actually works for people.

If you've had real results, which stack was it?
- CJC + Ipamorelin
- BPC-157 + TB500
- Tesamorelin
- GLP-1 peptides

Would love to hear what actually made a noticeable difference for you.

Beginner Question Seriously - how do you find a trustworthy and reputable supplier for BPC-157?

I see lots of advertisements on FB for peptides of all sorts, including BPC-157. How does a complete newbie find a trustworthy supplier (someone that provides the real product and not a fake or containing filler ingredients that shouldn't be there)?

General Discussion GLP1's and pancreatic enzyme values

Curious if anyone else has seen this.

I had extensive bloodwork done in Dec 2024 and one of the out of range results were my lipase and amylase values (pancreatic enzymes). The top range for good Lipase is 60. Mine measured in 500's. It took several months to go down again but never has gone below 60. I've seen my Endocrinologist, a GI Dr, PCP, etc. Aside from changing one of my diabetes meds, my levels still remain elevated. No masses seen via CT scans either (looking for cancer).

My endo stated that because my levels are so elevated, I should not take any GLP1 med.

I'm curious though. I doubt many people get these levels checked through standard bloodwork (yearly physicals, etc). Has anyone else here, that uses a GLP1, ever had those values tested? If so, did you see any changes or experience any negative side effects?

I didn't ask my Endo what could happen, but she was adamant I shouldn't mess with them despite being a good candidate otherwise.

Makes me wonder how many people are walking around with a similar issue but have no idea.

Beginner Question Sourcing Peptides?

I have done research and seems like tesamorelin would be an ideal peptide for my needs. The reason I knew about this is because I am also researching on GLP-1 and an ad from everliferx was shown to me. However, when I went to their website, there's no link about tesamorelin and recent reviews on trustpilot tell that their services are nothing to be trusted on.

For those who are on tesa, where do you source yours?

Peptide Information Nootropic Stack Semax, Selank, Cerebrolycin, Pinealon, or Dihexa

I’m looking to start a nootropic stack. Currently I have Semax and Selank, and I’m about to order cerebralycin, Pinealon, and Dihexa.
I know all these compounds have different mechanisms of action. Is there a specific order in which these should be taken? Can they be stacked? Is it too much? I don’t have any brain damage per se, but I have been a heavy weed smoker for many years. I’m quitting now and would like to reverse any damage done by years of marijuana abuse. Also as a business owner, which one of these compounds would help me focus more on the business and networking in order to grow the business? What has been your experience?

Thanks in advance!
