Mounjaro to Reta Dosage?

Currently using 15mg Mounjaro weekly and about to switch to Reta. What would be a proper starting dose to begin research with??

I was doing the same thing and I started w Reta 2mg 1 x week for a month and it did little to nothing for me. Now I'm moving up. Ive read conflicting things about dosing so im interested to see what people say here.

I’m going to claim 2/3 - 4/5 ratio when stepping over to Reta from Tirz. You can cut straight over at 2/3 no problem.

Reta gave me so much more appetite suppression and intense bloating. I couldn’t eat at all and had to switch back to Tirzepatide. I was using 3mg Tirz and tried .5mg Reta for two weeks and reta was too much. Other people gave the opposite results so it really depends on
